England pushed the supply of rental housing expenses by changing tax policy

In order to further promote this activity, BPF urged the British Government to consider changing surcharge of 3% stamp duty for houses to be put on the market in March 4/2016.

According to the latest figures from the Confederation of Real Estate (Real Estate), the UK (BPF), in recent years, the number of houses built licensed for rental and construction; or has completed the construction in the UK increased by 200%, the figure rose to 67,000 housing units. Besides, many houses are being built in areas where supply has increased 400% from 7,000 units in the month 10/2015, which increased 34,000 units within a year.
But BPF stressed, although this figure is very encouraging but the rental housing sector should still have many more to offer to the market.
Especially in this time, BPF pointed out that the investment amount of 50 billion pounds of potential for the sector will have revenues stable and not affected by any turbulence from Proposed referendum on United Kingdom membership of the European Union market.

Also, the BPF also called for national plans to develop more clearly the construction of buildings for lease and allows the flexibility of standards up to 10% space.
Melanie Leech, CEO of the Federation said UK real estate, rental housing construction is one of the well-developed areas on the housing market in recent years, the number of rental housing was near meet the needs of the market.
